What should I do if I cannot find availability online at the resort I'm interested in?

What are the check-in and check-out times at your resorts?
Each of our resorts has different check-in and check out times and policies. Please navigate to the detail page for your desired resort. If you scroll down, you will find resort policies and procedures on the left-hand side. The check-in and check-out times are listed there.

Do you allow pets?
At this time, our only pet-friendly property is The Patrick Henry Inn in Williamsburg, Virginia.

What is your smoking policy?
Currently, smoking is permitted in all accommodations at all of our resorts; however, we do encourage guests to smoke outside on their private balconies whenever possible. Ionizers are usually available at the front desk upon request.

Where can I find detailed directions to my resort?

Do you offer daily maid service?
As with most condominium rental resorts, we only offer daily maid service upon request at an additional fee. All villas are thoroughly cleaned upon guest check-out to prepare for future guest arrival. We have found that most condo rental guests prefer to have total privacy in their villas during their stay and do not require or request daily cleaning of their “home away from home.”
