Smoking policy: Smoking permitted outside on balconies and patios. Guest who smoke inside the unit are subject to a $100 deep cleaning fee. Ionizers available upon request.
Parking: On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available.
Day use policy: Club owners not staying at the resort must call prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use. First priority given to resort occupants. Guaranteed/flex owners refer to their association rules.
Deposit required: Upon check-in, each reservation will be charged a $50 deposit for incidentals. Major credit card required.

Current construction: Through November, 2009: Installation of natural gas lines. Project includes digging of trenches and installation of gas lines throughout the property. Work will occur 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday with Friday used only as a reschedule day for weather.
