Pre-check in:  We welcome guests arriving prior to the 4pm check-in time. Anytime after Noon, guests may complete pre-check in paperwork, unload bags, and have their car parked by the valet service. When the room is ready, the resort will call the guest’s cell phone. Pre-check in helps avoid the long waits for check in and valet service typical at 4pm.

Parking: Off-site valet parking $20/day for owners, $24/day all other guests. One vehicle per reservation. No trailers, RVs, motorcycles or oversized vehicles allowed. Owners and guests may park in the Public Parking garage for a flat rate of $16/night, however if the car is moved, an hourly rate will apply. The $16/night rate at the parking garage is only if the car is not moved during the 12 hour period. The resort is not responsible for any damages to vehicles while in the public parking garage.
Deposit required: Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization. Beginning July 1, 2015 every Bonus Time reservation will be charged a $5 daily Transportation Fee.
Other notes: Two-story (loft) units typically have spiral staircases.
We provide complimentary towel exchange for guests staying less than 7 days. For guests staying 7 days or more, they provide a complimentary mid-week clean.
Due to the resort’s urban location, guests may expect to hear street noise in exterior-facing rooms. The resort has white noise machines, ear plugs, and box fans available on request to help lessen traffic noise.
Current construction: Beginning September 1, 2018 - January 31, 2019, we will be completing extensive guest room renovations in the Main building and Knapp Building. 1 Bedroom Lofts, and Studio rooms will be affected by construction noise from 9am - 6pm, daily. Construction equipment on site; noise and dust associated with the construction.
